Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Direct and coordinate activities of internal and external stakeholders including terminal operators, service providers, and government agencies to ensure seamless execution of vessel operations.
• Safety: Maintain compliance with safety policies and regulations; participate in safety meetings and training.
• People and Workplace: Communicate effectively with principals, customers, port service providers, and internal teams; foster a cooperative workplace culture.
• Quality of Delivery: Ensure vessel and customer documentation is prepared, reviewed, and maintained in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Working Conditions: Office and shipboard duties; travel to and from marine vessels; adhere to PPE and safety protocols.
