Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a production environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a manual transmission (preferred).
• MVR required.
• Must follow structured processes and safety guidelines.
• Able to meet physical job demands.

Responsibilities

• Scan vehicles into inventory accurately.
• Perform QC1, PD1, and vehicle preparation processes.
• Support inbound/outbound vehicle movements following FIFO.
• Install vehicle accessories using hand tools as needed.
• Track and manage work tools and locations.
• Conduct visual inspections for defects.
• Scrap or recycle defective parts appropriately.
• Use internal systems to process vehicle service orders and movements.
• Use handheld scanners to update vehicle locations.
• Serve as quality contact for defects identified.
• Assist with installation, movements, and inventory scanning as required.
• Follow 5S and safety standards; apply standard work and problem-solving.
