Job summary

SWJ Technology, based in Blythewood, SC, seeks an SAP Specialist - Plant Maintenance to plan, configure, implement, support, and continuously improve SAP PM for automotive manufacturing sites. The role requires onsite presence with some travel and close collaboration with maintenance, IT, and industrial engineering teams.

The specialist will lead requirements sessions, coordinate with stakeholders, train staff, and drive end-to-end maintenance processes and reporting across the SAP PM landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or another technical field.
• 4+ years of professional maintenance experience in an industrial environment; automotive production experience preferred.
• Equivalent relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated expertise in production and maintenance systems such as SAP Plant Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Handle new design configurations in SAP S/4HANA for Plant Maintenance, focusing on overall site maintenance needs.
• Support the implementation of maintenance processes, including: Corrective, Preventive, Emergency Maintenance with workflow, Overhead Labor, Refurbishment, Project Order, and Service Order Management with Time & Materials Billing.
• Provide support for incidents, problems, and change requests related to Plant Maintenance, Quality Maintenance, and Project Systems.
• Lead Sprint Planning, Sprint Workshops, Build, Testing, and Training for the Plant Maintenance workstream.
• Lead initial requirements sessions and gather business and technical requirements to support Plant Maintenance configuration.
• Support and conduct training and lead testing sessions for Plant Maintenance.
