Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (BSME/BSEE).
• 1-2 years of relevant engineering, PM, or product development experience.
• Familiarity with new product development and technical product development processes.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, material properties, and industrial standards.
• Understanding of industrial marketing, sales principles, and customer engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and clear communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel skills are a must.
• Experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD; Altium/MATLAB a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support BOM creation, costing, and PCR activities.
• Manage small engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Support product replacement and obsolescence initiatives.
• Analyze technical requirements from customers and sales teams.
• Collaborate with quality, engineering, and manufacturing for reliability.
• Prepare technical and business documentation and presentations.
