Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice in a friendly, retail environment, building relationships and helping clients achieve positive financial outcomes.

The role is on-site, non-exempt, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, and involves engaging with the local community, marketing support, and ongoing product knowledge. U.S.

Qualifications

• Active tax professional credentials (EA/CPA/attorney) and PTIN required.
• Minimum 3 years of tax preparation experience.
• Ability to work onsite positions and comply with local licensing rules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file tax returns on-site for customers.
• Provide tax advisory services and product support in person.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement.
