Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, building long-term client relationships in the local community.

You will engage with prospects, lead initiatives with TurboTax marketing support, and work a minimum of 20 hours per week in a front-facing retail environment. A strong tax background and active credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA license or attorney license preferred with strong tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
• Help grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and referrals.
