Job summary

Intuit Inc. in the United States seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to serve clients at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to help customers navigate their taxes.

You will grow the local client base, foster long-term relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax prep experience and tax-law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds required or obtainable.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite 20+ hours/week at TurboTax location; weekends possible.
• Interested in building local/online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador and represent TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
