Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an experienced Extended Expertise Engineer to support a leading enterprise cybersecurity platform. This on-site role is located at Scott AFB, IL, requires an active Top Secret clearance.

You will work in the Professional Services team, developing expert-level skills on endpoint protection, XDR, SIEM, and cloud security solutions. Responsibilities include serving as the primary technical advisor, leading deployments, guiding product adoption, and collaborating

Qualifications

• Experience deploying, operationalizing, troubleshooting, and training customers on endpoint protection solutions in customer-facing environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies across AWS, Azure, and GCP, and enterprise security products.
• Hands-on with SIEM/XDR tools, detection engineering, BIOC development, and log ingestion/ parsing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for customers, understanding their security objectives and threat landscape.
• Lead endpoint protection deployments, optimization, and end-user training for successful adoption.
• Drive customer success by providing deployment guidance and expanding product adoption through new features.
