Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in endpoint security with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Experience leading endpoint security solutions in IL4/5 SaaS/IaaS environments and integrating platforms.
• Proficiency with EDR tools such as Carbon Black, SentinelOne, or CrowdStrike.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage with stakeholders across IT and leadership.
• Experience working with or as a CTO.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.

• Ensure DC3 DCISE's technology solutions meet high security, performance, and scalability standards, focusing on endpoint security.
• Provide thought leadership on trends and best practices in endpoint security and align the strategy with the latest developments.

Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a talented Endpoint Security Technology Lead to support the DC3 (Defense Cyber Crimes Center) in Linthicum Heights, MD, with remote flexibility. As the Endpoint Security Technology Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing the DC3 DCISE's technology strategy, focusing on endpoint security. Responsibilities:

• Ensure that DC3 DCISE's technology solutions meet the highest standards of security, performance, and scalability, with a particular focus on endpoint security.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging trends and best practices in endpoint security and ensure that the DC3 DCISE's technology strategy reflects the latest developments in the field.
• Drive continuous improvement in the program's endpoint security operations, policies, and procedures, including incident response and vulnerability management.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to DC3 DCISE's security analysts and IT teams.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in endpoint security, including EDR, threat intelligence, and incident response, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading the development of endpoint security solutions in an IL4/5 SaaS or IaaS environment and integrating various other platforms into such environments.
• Strong technical expertise in endpoint security, including proficiency in EDR tools and technologies such as Carbon Black, SentinelOne, or CrowdStrike.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with security analysts, IT teams, executive leaders, and customers.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze and interpret security logs, system logs, and other security-related data.
• Experience engaging with stakeholders throughout the enterprise, including security analysts, IT teams, business leaders, and customers.
• Experience working as or with a Cyber Technology Officer (CTO).
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications, such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+, are a plus.
