Atlas Copco Tools & Assembly Systems LLC is seeking a Site Coordinator to act as the critical link between our team and the customer at the client site in Hamtramck, MI. You will report to the Site Manager and ensure smooth operations on 1st shift with occasional overtime, coordinating technical aspects and ensuring timely, professional service.

The role requires 2–3 years in production environments with automation, a strong mechanical/technical aptitude, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a production environment with manufacturing automation, assembly tooling, or data collection systems.
• Ability to read and comprehend schematics.
• Proficiency in MS Office, networking, and database systems.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Install and optimize tools to maximize performance.
• Troubleshoot, repair tools and equipment to ensure operation.
• Perform maintenance and calibrations for peak efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with the customer and team.
