Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical home health or related setting.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare home health regulations and documentation standards.
• Proficiency with Epic or comparable EHR system.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and support to therapy field staff across PT/OT/SLP and assistants.
• Serve as clinical resource for complex cases and therapy services.
• Oversee caseload assignments, productivity, and scheduling with leadership.
• Lead in hiring, onboarding, and competency validation of clinical staff.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
