Northrop Grumman's Space Sector seeks a Test Systems Engineer (Engineer Energetics Manufacturing) to support environmental, structural, dynamic, and static test processes for aerospace components, including rocket motors and initiation systems. This onsite role in Promontory, UT requires a security clearance eligibility and a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with electrical, mechanical and software aspects of automated control systems.
• LabVIEW certification/experience is a plus.
• PCB layout and fabrication experience.
• Instrumentation and data acquisition skills.
• Proficiency in Python and C programming.

Responsabilités

• Design, document and oversee the build, installation and checkout of test support equipment.
• Work with Test Engineering and Operations to document ground test equipment designs and configurations.
• Present technical data to leadership and review boards.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to manage complex test projects with strong safety focus.
• Develop solutions to a variety of testing challenges in facilities and at offsite locations.
