Job summary

Hillphoenix in Conyers, GA is seeking an experienced Test/Controls Engineer on-site to design, test, and optimize electrical control systems for our commercial refrigeration products. You will collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Vendors to ensure performance, safety, and reliability, and you will document wiring diagrams, SOPs, and validation reports.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 3+ years in controls/automation in manufacturing; experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a technical engineering field.
• 3+ years in controls/automation in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and end-of-line testing for electrical/electronic control systems.
• Integrate communication protocols between production, equipment, and data management systems.
• Automate test setups using data acquisition hardware to improve efficiency and data logging.
• Analyze test data and implement corrective actions (CAPA).
• Validate compliance with UL and other standards.
