Job summary

Dover Food Retail in Conyers, GA is seeking an experienced Test / Controls Engineer for our Hillphoenix facility. You will program, test, and optimize electrical control systems for our commercial refrigeration equipment, collaborating with Quality, Product Engineering and vendors to ensure performance and reliability.

You will develop comprehensive test plans, automate data collection, analyze results, and drive corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3+ years in controls engineering, testing, or automation in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and end-of-line testing for electrical control systems.
• Integrate communication protocols between production processes and data systems.
• Automate test setups using data acquisition hardware and software.
• Analyze test data to identify root causes and implement CAPA.
• Validate compliance with UL and other standards.
