Job summary

Hillphoenix in Conyers, GA is seeking an experienced Test / Controls Engineer to program, test, and optimize electrical control systems for our commercial refrigeration solutions. You will collaborate with Quality, Product Engineering, and Vendors to ensure performance, safety, and reliability, and you will document specifications, wiring diagrams, and validation reports for release to production.

• Minimum 3 years in controls engineering or automation within manufacturing.
• Experience programming and troubleshooting industrial PLCs and controllers.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and optimize electrical control systems for refrigeration equipment.
• Create and execute end-of-line (EOL) validation testing and CAPA when needed.
• Document wiring diagrams, SOPs, and validation reports for product release.
• Collaborate with Quality, Product Engineering and vendors to ensure standards.
