Job summary

• Supervise dock, yard, crane, and trailer movement operations.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop Heavy Equipment Operators.
• Plan and assign daily work based on customer commitments and priorities.
• Coordinate with agents, customers, and departments to provide load status and guidance.
