Job summary

Bachelor’s degree and up to 2 years writing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communications, or related field.
• Up to 2 years in technical writing or related communication.
• Proficient writing; basic HTML/XML familiarity.
• Able to translate complex data into clear docs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, organize, and track deliverables.
• Contribute as a team member on product development projects.
• Learn regional requirements and define scope and timing.
• Draft and review technical product literature.
• Review content for usability and apply standards.
• Suggest process improvements.
• Build knowledge through training and development.
