Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a Technical Writer to support development, review, and execution of technical communications for kitchen and bath products. You will gather information, draft content, follow standards, and handle assigned documentation tasks.

Responsibilities include drafting product literature, reviewing usability, and collaborating with product teams. A degree and up to 2 years of related experience are typical; onsite four days a week with compensation discussed with location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communications, or related discipline.
• Up to 2 years of experience in technical writing, product documentation, or related field.
• Strong writing skills and ability to translate technical content clearly.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, organize, and track technical communications deliverables.
• Contribute to product development teams with guidance from senior staff.
• Learn regional requirements and help define scope and timing for deliverables.
• Draft, update, and support quality reviews of product literature.
• Review content for usability and apply standards and processes.
• Suggest improvements to communications processes and participate in initiatives.
