Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Technical Services Team Supervisor for an onsite role at Fort Huachuca, AZ. This position is on-call with Sunday–Friday 8 PM–6:30 AM shifts; hours may change. Local candidates only.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience, can guide a team, coach and manage performance, and maintain operational excellence while communicating with departments and leadership. Responsibilities include daily operations oversight, ensuring SLAs, timekeeping, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience, or Master's with no experience.
• Proven managerial or team-leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making capability.
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and guide team members.
• Must have SIPR Access.
• Availability for 24x7 on-call support.
• Ability to work a 9+ hour shift.
• Subject matter expertise with AESMP, including reports and lists, dashboards, accounts, and related functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure all team service level agreements are consistently met.
• Maintain a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance guidance to team members.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall team performance.
• Communicate effectively with departments, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Manage time recording and time keeping requirements.
• Prepare and analyze daily and weekly reports.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a goal-driven approach.
• SIPR Support at Fort Huachuca.
