Job summary

Proactive Technology Management is hiring a Technical Project Manager to join the PMO and guide software delivery from requirements to solution deployment. You will lead a cross-functional team of engineers and consultants in a dynamic environment, applying Agile, Lean UX, and data modeling practices.

The role requires onsite collaboration in Michigan, with strong client-facing skills and the ability to navigate enterprise systems such as ERP and data warehouses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading technical projects or engineering teams.
• Experience with Agile and Lean UX methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms: Azure preferred, AWS desirable.
• Data warehousing, AI/ML familiarity a plus.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and with remote teams.
• Bachelors in a STEM field preferred.
• Familiarity with C4 architecture and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Translate client needs into clear technical requirements.
• Create detailed project plans with timelines and resources.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on time and budget.
• Guide projects using Lean UX, GTD workflows, and C4 architecture.
• Communicate progress and risks to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure client satisfaction and continuous process improvement.
• Model enterprise data to support business processes and reporting.
