Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management within complex technical environments.
• Experience in interconnect, electronics, or high-speed connector industries is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer program management teams, ensuring alignment on expectations and deliverables.
• Lead customer lifecycle management activities, including daily meetings, status updates, and requirement tracking.
• Define and manage program scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering, and manufacturing teams to drive program success and resolve bottlenecks.
• Translate customer requirements such as demand forecasts, delivery schedules, and specifications into actionable internal plans.
• Track program performance and proactively identify risks, resource gaps, and dependencies.
• Provide regular reporting to leadership and escalate critical issues to maintain project continuity.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure product delivery meets quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
