Piper Companies is seeking a Project Manager to support a leading organization in high-speed connectivity and electronics manufacturing. This on-site role near Harrisburg, PA requires driving complex product development initiatives to meet schedules, budgets, and customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of project management experience in electronics, plus strong skills in engineering documentation interpretation and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required.
• 3+ years of project management experience in electronics manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and documentation.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills in non-standard environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Control project scope, timelines and deliverables for product development programs.
• Provide technical leadership across cross-functional and global teams.
• Act as primary interface with Program Management, reporting on status, schedules and risks.
• Lead internal meetings to track progress and maintain schedule alignment.
• Coordinate with internal and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of components.
• Communicate resource needs to sustain project timelines and mitigate delays.
• Ensure alignment with financial targets, including product costing and capital requests.
• Apply Design for Manufacturability (DFM) throughout the lifecycle.
• Oversee capacity planning to meet forecasted demand.
• Establish systems for product ordering and manufacturing readiness.
