Piper Companies is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join a leading electronics and interconnect solutions provider near York, PA. The role focuses on managing complex technical programs, maintaining client relationships, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance interconnect solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of program management experience in technical environments, with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and PM tools.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• 5+ years in program or project management in technical environments.
• Experience in interconnect, electronics, or high-speed connector industry preferred.
• Strong communication and client relationship building skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
• Advanced MS Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for customer program management teams.
• Lead lifecycle management activities including daily meetings and status updates.
• Define and manage program scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and manufacturing to drive program success and resolve bottlenecks.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable internal plans.
• Track program performance and identify risks, resource gaps, and dependencies.
• Provide regular leadership reporting and escalate critical issues.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to meet quality, cost, and timeline goals.
