Piper Companies seeks a Technical Program Manager to join a leading electronics and interconnect solutions company onsite near San Jose, CA. The role focuses on managing complex programs, maintaining strong customer relationships, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance electronics solutions.

The position requires a mechanical or electrical engineering background, 5+ years in program management, and strong communication with stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience in complex technical environments.
• Experience in interconnect, electronics or high-speed connector industries preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer program management teams.
• Lead customer lifecycle management activities with daily meetings, status updates, and requirement tracking.
• Define and manage program scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and manufacturing teams to drive program success and resolve bottlenecks.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable internal plans.
• Track program performance and proactively identify risks, resource gaps, and dependencies.
• Provide regular leadership reporting and escalate critical issues to maintain continuity.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to meet quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
