Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-7 years technical support or system administration.
• Strong troubleshooting for software, hardware, and networks.
• Experience supporting Windows Domain Servers and Windows networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for customer questions, requests, and complaints on Novarad software/hardware.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues.
• Collaborate with team and healthcare professionals on projects.
• Proactively maintain and upgrade client hardware and software.
• Log customer interactions in CRM software.
