Job summary

Northwestern Mutual is seeking a Technology Solutions & Support Consultant to join our Cleveland office onsite. This role embeds within network offices nationwide, delivering customized technology consulting to financial advisors and their teams while integrating Northwestern Mutual’s technology suite with business processes.

You will develop relationships, demonstrate technology benefits, lead enterprise tech projects and training, and help drive adoption and efficiency across advisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in consulting within financial services or similar.
• Experience coaching and training professionals.
• Strong ability to understand sales-focused software technology.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with financial advisors and leadership to understand objectives.
• Assist advisors in using Northwestern Mutual technology tools to boost productivity.
• Apply consulting to demonstrate technology benefits and drive adoption.
• Provide advanced project consultation and oversee enterprise tech implementations.
• Collect feedback from advisors and escalate to Home Office leadership.
• Manage escalations and project management of tech implementations.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest simple tech improvements.
• Assist in training on technology best practices.
• Support vendor management and maintain knowledge growth.
• Travel may be required.
