Job summary

Northwestern Mutual seeks a Technology Solutions & Support Consultant to be onsite in Cleveland, OH, embedding within network offices. You will optimize tech configurations, drive product integration, and deliver consulting to align digital strategies with business objectives.

You will champion adoption of Northwestern Mutual’s technology suite, lead enterprise technology initiatives, and collaborate with leadership to improve advisor productivity and client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience consulting professionals in financial services or similar.
• Strong coaching and training abilities.
• Technology support experience preferred.
• Ability to explain sales‑focused software benefits clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with financial advisors and network office leadership to understand objectives and needs.
• Help advisors use technology tools effectively to improve client‑advisor experiences.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of computers, devices, hardware, software, and LAN configurations.
• Understand insurance and investment sales cycles to integrate technology into processes.
• Apply consulting strategies to communicate technology benefits clearly to diverse audiences.
• Provide advanced project consultation and SME support for technology implementations and upgrades.
