Job summary

Everforth ECS seeks an experienced Project Manager to support the USPS TAM group in Merrifield, VA. You will help plan, track, execute, and close projects, ensuring alignment with standards and objectives.

The role requires onsite work four days a week at the USPS location in Merrifield, VA. Applicants should have a related degree or equivalent experience and 2–4+ years in government acquisitions or similar settings.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4+ years of project management experience in government acquisitions or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with PM tools: MS Project, Jira, Asana, MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Track progress and report status to team and stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings: agendas, minutes, action items.
• Manage requirements, design specs, test plans, and docs.
• Identify risks and escalate to senior PM.
• Coordinate communication with team, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Produce project reports, plans, and closures.
• Ensure adherence to PM methodologies and processes.
• Support change management and impact assessments.
• Contribute to lessons learned and closure artifacts.
