Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Math or equivalent IT discipline (MIS).
• Has obtained at least one associate and one senior level certification.
• CCNA, VCP, CISSP, or MCSA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement network, server, and storage infrastructure based on project requirements, capacity plans, and system support.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems using the OSI model and escalate as needed.
• Provide project design input and may lead small projects; mentor Level 1 analysts.
• Monitor, trouble-shoot, diagnose, and remediate server and network failures.
• Install and configure server and network hardware/software meeting security standards.
• Design and plan for small projects and potential cross-training.
