Job summary

Home Chef is looking for an Onsite Associate Recruiter to lead recruitment for hourly roles at the Maryland facility. You will handle full-cycle recruiting, including onboarding, screening, scheduling interviews, and offers, while ensuring accurate candidate communications.

The role requires collaboration with the recruitment team, adherence to GMPs, and support for SQF and quality programs. Occasional travel (0–5%) may be required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist search for talent for open positions at the facility.
• Recruit active and passive candidates from campus, job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Develop relationships with prospective hires and present Home Chef positively.
• Assist with interviewing and screening, including phone and in-person.
• Ensure timely, professional communications with candidates.
• Follow up with interviewees and send offers to selected candidates.
• Monitor HR recruiting best practices and maintain ATS.
• Collaborate with other recruiters to cover additional locations.
