Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Staff Recruiter to act as a talent advisor for the Local Tax Expert program, expanding Intuit’s onsite footprint to 500+ locations across the USA. You will lead end-to-end onsite recruitment for Service, Ambassador, and Concierge Experts, partnering with Real Estate and Compensation teams to manage location-based offers.

You will leverage data to inform hiring, delight candidates with compelling onsite experiences, and mentor peers while driving a scalable onsite hiring

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced environments.
• Experience recruiting for physical locations (Retail/onsite) is a plus.
• Partner with hiring managers, guiding local market trends and compensation.
• Adaptable to lease timelines and evolving role requirements.
• Use data to drive recruiting solutions and inform stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Strategic advisory to Local Office leadership for Flagship, Retail, and Service offices.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Service, Ambassador, and Concierge Experts onsite.
• Own complex offer management with Real Estate and Compensation partners.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and manage internal funnels.
• Create best-in-class candidate experiences highlighting onsite benefits.
• Provide daily progress updates to TA Managers using data insights.
• Mentor recruiters and coordinators on onsite hiring nuances.
