Job summary

MANTECH is seeking a motivated Systems Administrator to join our Chantilly, VA team. This on-site role requires a TS/SCI clearance and customer-focused technical support across Windows workstations, servers, and related software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of IT experience.
• Experience with Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Windows 10, and Office 2007/2010/2016.
• Knowledge of vSphere, Horizon View, data backups, and antivirus software.
• Basic TCP/IP networking experience.
• Experience deploying workstation images or zero clients.
• Experience with Remedy or ServiceNow ticketing systems.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (e.g., Security+ CE) required.
• Current TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain CI polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot customer Windows workstations on-site and remotely with admin support.
• Resolve service tickets with diagnostic steps for timely resolution.
• Track, route, and escalate issues to appropriate support teams to ensure full resolution.
• Log service requests and maintenance tasks in tracking software.
• Author and update SOPs, manuals, and documentation using Microsoft Office.
• Learn operations of new software and hardware to adapt to environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service with clear communication, work independently or with team.
