Job summary

WIOSS Automation Solutions LP seeks an Onsite System Analyst & Master Data to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of automation and warehouse systems. The role involves maintaining accurate item data, resolving issues, and optimizing processes through analysis and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse automation and master data management, with excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma minimum; post-secondary education in technical/data fields is a plus.
• 1+ year of experience with automated warehouse systems or similar environments.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Word/PowerPoint/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Master Data for all SKUs in a high-volume distribution center; review and set up new items.
• Monitor system reports to identify data inconsistencies and automation issues; take corrective action.
• Review daily reports to improve Master Data quality and address data integrity concerns.
• Collaborate with customer’s Master Data team to identify improvements and provide training and support.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; create SOPs as required.
• Oversee daily automation operations for process compliance and optimize item handling.
• Support performance and packaging tests within the automation framework to ensure compatibility and performance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives with operations and maintenance teams to streamline processes.
• Identify problematic products, report non-conformances and vendor packaging opportunities.
• Track and communicate updates on equipment feedback and resolve open points.
• Act as liaison between customers, helpdesk, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
• Collaborate with WIOSS Onsite and project teams to align system performance with expectations.
• Build relationships across customer organizations and manage change requests.
• Analyze and optimize automated system processes; conduct testing and assess impacts of changes.
• Provide end-user training on system functionalities and maintain documentation.
• Generate reports on system performance and project updates.
• Track customer interactions and collaboration efforts for continuous improvement.
