Job summary

Paradigm Max Q LLC in Cherry Point, NC, seeks an ALD Intermediate System Administrator to maintain IT infrastructure for the 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing. This onsite role provides server, application, and network support, ensuring mission readiness and reliable operations in a demanding government environment.

The ideal candidate holds active Secret clearance and extensive experience with Active Directory, security management, and tier-1/2 helpdesk duties.

Qualifications

• Experience with ALD IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications.
• Ability to manage user access via Active Directory and SAAR forms.
• Experience providing tier-1/2 helpdesk support in a government environment.

Responsibilities

• System & network support: maintain and troubleshoot ALD IT infrastructure.
• User & security management: handle access requests, onboarding/offboarding, mailboxes.
• Technical & helpdesk support: provide level 1–2 support for workstations and peripherals.
