Casella Waste Systems is seeking a dedicated Resource Management and Zero Waste Services Liaison for a major university in the Boston area. You will champion waste-reduction strategies, build strong client relationships, and ensure achievement of sustainability objectives.

About 75% of time on campus, with remaining time coordinating with Casella teams and leadership. The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years in customer service, willingness to travel up to 60%, and legal eligibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and ability to obtain work eligibility in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage program obligations and activities for the university client.
• Maintain relationships with key decision makers and program influencers.
• Measure contract performance and provide client and Casella performance reporting.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders to align on goals and progress.
• Coordinate internally with Casella teams, subcontractors, and leadership to ensure service quality.
