Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, located in East Hartford, CT, seeks a Logistics Solutions Specialist to support F135 fleet sustainment. You will manage SAP transactions, coordinate with the Joint Deployment Distribution Enterprise, and optimize transportation for US and partner nations.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, US citizenship, and experience with SAP, PW/RTX policies, and logistics automation. Onsite, with competitive benefits and a strong security framework.

Qualifications

BS/BA required.
5 years aerospace/defense supply support experience or an advanced degree with 3 years experience.
Ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
U.S. citizenship required for security clearance.

Responsibilities

Complete transportation transactions in SAP for customer orders.
Coordinate with the Joint Deployment Distribution Enterprise for smooth deliveries.
Collaborate with internal and external customers on logistics solutions for F135 sustainment.
Identify and monitor process improvements in transportation activities.
Set up plants within SAP for new sites.
Monitor performance metrics of transportation activities.
