Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Oxnard, CA is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Specialist (Level 2 or Level 3) to join our Space Sector. The role is 100% onsite with a 9/80 work schedule, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to track deliveries and manage procurement activities.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience or an advanced degree, and be capable of obtaining a U.S. government Top-Secret clearance. Costpoint and SAP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of professional experience in supply chain, subcontracts, contracts, procurement or related field.
• Master’s degree with 0 years of professional experience (can count 4+ years in lieu of degree).
• Proficient in Costpoint.

Responsibilities

• Track deliveries and oversight from receipt through program close out.
• Coordinate outside vendor processing/test.
• Oversee RTV of material.
• Analyze demand and determine path forward for fulfilment.
• Inventory analysis (shelf life, revalidation, under revision).
• IPT Status reporting.
• Report “Buy” part deliverables to need dates & develop mitigation plans with stakeholders.
