Job summary

OnLogic is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain to lead procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand planning. You will drive data‑driven decisions, optimize supplier performance, and collaborate across engineering and product teams to support launches and production needs.

The role emphasizes onsite work at our South Burlington, VT office with a strong focus on continuous improvement, operations excellence, and robust stakeholder engagement. Relocation or commuting is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
• Experience with DDMRP/MRP and inventory management principles.
• Experience managing an S&OP process.
• Ability to analyze and present data from multiple databases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement processes and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to minimize excess stock while ensuring production availability.
• Coordinate with logistics to optimize shipping processes and reduce lead times.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, product management) to align on demand and launches.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality and delivery schedules.
• Manage trade and compliance requirements to mitigate international transit risks.
• Support day‑to‑day operations and problem‑solving with a continuous improvement mindset.
