Job summary

Cintrifuse is seeking an experienced Supply Chain leader to own material availability, master scheduling, and supplier performance in a regulated manufacturing environment. You will drive forward-looking risk visibility, policy implementation, and SAP/MRP improvements to ensure uninterrupted production and on-time launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in supply chain, operations, engineering, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in manufacturing supply chain; 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience ensuring component availability and preventing production disruption.
• Experience establishing inventory-control systems, cycle counts, shortage-management, and purchasing controls.
• Strong SAP/ERP/MRP experience with data accuracy impact.
• Experience managing supplier performance, capacity, lead times, and cost improvement.
• Experience supporting new product introductions or launches.
• Experience in highly regulated manufacturing (medical device, pharma, biotech) preferred.
• Experience with sourcing, contract manufacturing, and Lean Six Sigma or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own material availability for the approved production plan and mitigate shortages.
• Maintain forward-looking material-risk visibility across demand, forecast, safety stock, lead times.
• Establish inventory policies including safety stock, reorder points, cycle counting, reconciliation, and SAP controls.
• Ensure purchase orders are issued with sufficient lead time and tracked to delivery commitments.
• Lead supplier recovery and escalation for shortages, capacity constraints, and quality issues.
• Maintain supplier-capacity assessments against demand and launches.
• Establish supplier scorecards covering on-time delivery, quality, cost, and lead time.
• Lead supply chain readiness for new product introductions and launches.
• Drive sourcing strategies to improve continuity, quality, cost, lead time, and working capital.
• Manage inventory across Enable locations balancing service and turns.
