Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a direct procurement professional to execute and improve supply chain processes on-site in Texas. The role focuses on daily ordering, inventory validation, and lean-driven problem solving to meet production demands.

You will drive root cause analyses, collaborate across internal and external partners, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the value stream. A strong background in sourcing, operations, and logistics is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Information Systems preferred.
• 6–8 years combined experience in Sourcing, Operations, Logistics.
• Working knowledge of ERP, MES, WMS, data mining, and data reporting.
• Strong computer skills with Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Seeks opportunities to learn from others and contribute to IDP.

Responsibilities

• Optimize plans and schedules in a lean environment to match production demands.
• Analyze value stream and supply chain capacity/constraints.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions across Supply Chain using lean tools.
• Collaborate with suppliers, supervisors, team leads, and logistics/warehouse groups.
• Represent supply chain in projects within the value stream (plan, source, make, deliver).
• Daily production scheduling and continuous improvement.
