Qualifikationen

• Quality engineering experience with supplier quality focus.
• Ability to interpret complex drawings and GD&T principles.
• Experience with FAI and PPAP methodologies.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality systems.

Aufgaben

• Ensure suppliers meet contractual requirements and comply with specifications.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Goods Receiving, Material Control, and QA Receiving Inspection.
• Communicate acceptance results and quality findings to internal departments.
• Support containment, segregation, NCM review, and trend analysis.
• Manage supplier corrective and preventive action requests and verify effectiveness.
• Assist customer supplier corrective actions including failure analysis and root cause analysis.
• Evaluate and qualify new suppliers to meet quality requirements.
• Conduct on-site supplier qualification audits.
• Develop and monitor supplier development plans.
• Assess impact of supplier change notifications and authorize changes with internal stakeholders.
• Work with suppliers to improve product quality and QM systems.
• Provide training to suppliers on quality requirements and process improvement.
• Develop, maintain, and report supplier metrics and scorecards.
