Job summary

Sedaa Corporation in Scarborough, Maine (Onsite) is seeking an Engineer, Supplier Development Quality to drive supplier quality performance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across the supply base. The role collaborates with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Quality to ensure supplier capabilities meet product and regulatory requirements.

You will onboard suppliers, track metrics (PPM, defects, yield), lead root cause analyses, CAPA, and own supplier change

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive supplier quality performance, continuous improvement, and risk mitigation across the supply base.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Quality teams to support supplier-related decisions and actions.
• Own supplier nonconformance management, containment, resolution and verification of effectiveness.
• Lead CAPA processes and ensure timely supplier corrective actions with proper verification.
