Job summary

ManpowerGroup seeks an Onsite Supervisor to join our Marion, NC operations. This temp-to-hire role offers a 40-hour week, first shift, with a pay rate of $21.00–$23.00 per hour.

The Onsite Supervisor will lead site operations, ensure service delivery, and serve as the primary contact for clients and talent at client locations. Responsibilities include data entry, timekeeping, payroll and invoicing oversight, client reporting, and performance/safety feedback.

Qualifications

• Requires on-site presence at client locations.
• Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in staffing, human resources, or service delivery.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical: Digital literacy – MS Suite, SharePoint, Outlook and Workforce Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and talent management for client sites.
• Deliver service excellence and manage client relationships.
• Coordinate order management and real-time resource alignment.
• Engage with talent, provide support and feedback on performance and safety.
• Wrap up daily tasks including safety reports and timekeeping reconciliation.
• Ensure accurate client and talent reporting and KPI tracking.
