Job summary

Adecco is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to serve as the primary liaison between associates and the client workforce. This role supports the associate lifecycle, including attendance management, performance counseling, retention, and client support.

Onsite Supervisor ensures excellent service while upholding policies and performance metrics. Pay ranges from $24.00 to $25.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits and flexible scheduling where needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
• Ability to work flexible schedules as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for temporary associates throughout their assignment lifecycle.
• Maintain a visible presence on the production floor to support workers.
• Address associate questions and assignment-related issues.
• Conduct attendance and performance counseling discussions.
• Recognize and promote positive associate performance and engagement.
• Facilitate associate retention initiatives and workforce stabilization.
• Investigate and resolve associate concerns promptly and professionally.
