Mental Health Cooperative Inc. in Nashville is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician (Enrollment) to perform enrollment assessments and provide therapy as needed.

The position offers a remote work option after onsite onboarding and a schedule of 11:30 AM to 8 PM, Monday through Friday. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health, be licensed or license-eligible in TN (LPC/MHSP, LCSW, or LMFT), possess a valid Tennessee driver’s license, and pass background checks.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Mental Health field.
• Licensed or license-eligible with TN LPC/MHSP, LCSW or LMFT.
• Valid Tennessee Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Acceptable Criminal Background Investigation and Personal Automobile Insurance.

Aufgaben

• Perform enrollment process for individuals referred to MHC, evaluating needs for all service lines.
• Discipline and conduct therapy with Consumers as needed.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with Consumers.
• Collaborate with clinic staff, care managers and referral sources to achieve consumer goals.
• Meet productivity standards as indicated by department goals.
