Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Hands-on experience with field tools and equipment (e.g., transit, laser level, torpedo levels).
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction projects from start to finish, ensuring safety and quality.
• Hold weekly site safety meetings and promote a safety-first culture.
• Coordinate weekly look-ahead schedules and attend project meetings (safety, quality, scheduling, production).
• Read specifications and blueprints to determine material quantities and placements.
• Coordinate with trades and schedule material deliveries; issue corrective actions as needed.
