Qualifications

• Solid understanding of commercial construction and steel erection.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively convey information, delegate tasks, and address concerns.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in using tools and equipment is crucial for this role.
• Experience operating equipment such as transit, laser level, and torpedo levels.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Read specifications and blueprints to determine locations, quantities, and sizes of materials.
• Coordinate with other trades and schedule material deliveries to the job site.
• Address non-conformances and issue corrective actions as needed.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and submit RFIs and complete as-built drawings.
