Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Warehouse Startup Implementation Specialist to support startup operations for our Supply Chain Solutions division in the United States. The role includes on-site installation verification, workflow validation, documentation, and ongoing operational support during startup.

You will walk floor workflows to ensure standard work is followed, provide real-time go-live support, and document issues with clear impact analysis while coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse operations, logistics, or implementation environments.
• 1+ year with Ryder in warehouse operations or logistics role (preferred).
• Proven project management experience and relevant certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Execute on-site startup activities: verify workflows and adherence to standard work.
• Provide real-time floor support during go-live and assist supervisors.
• Identify, document, and communicate issues with location, frequency, and impact.
• Escalate issues with clear details to appropriate teams; maintain daily logs and reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to communicate updates and ensure project success.
