Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse operations, logistics, or implementation environments.
• 1+ year with Ryder in warehouse operations or logistics role.
• Associate's Degree or higher preferred; HS diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Execute on-site startup activities including installation verification and workflow validation.
• Provide real-time floor support and demonstrate correct process execution during go-live.
• Identify and document operational issues with location, frequency, and impact.
• Escalate issues with clear supporting detail for resolution.
• Reinforce training and ensure adherence to standard work.
• Maintain daily reporting including logs and issue trackers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to communicate updates.
