Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 PM–6:00 AM, with 100% onsite work in Foothill Ranch. Pay ranges from $28 to $30 per hour, and the role emphasizes supervision, attendance, and performance management.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred.
• Experience managing or supporting employees in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable having difficult conversations and addressing performance concerns.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage onsite employees throughout the shift.
• Monitor attendance and address employee concerns.
• Build strong relationships with associates and client supervisors.
• Handle employee performance concerns and corrective conversations.
• Help resolve workplace issues quickly and professionally.
• Support onboarding, orientations, and employee documentation.
• Conduct safety walks and remain engaged on the floor.
• Communicate regularly with Oakley supervisors and Adecco management.
• Track information, complete administrative tasks, and follow up by email.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
